Returns & Exchanges


1. Online store
a. Returns
This policy lasts 21 days. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in original condition. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Undergarments and swimwear can not be exchanged or refunded.
b. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 
c. Shipping a return
To return your product, please inform us by email of your return including order number and item to be returned.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method with insurance and tracking information. We can not be responsible if we do not receive your shipment.

a. Exchange only within 14 days of purchase.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in original condition. It must also be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact with the corresponding receipt. Undergarments and swimwear can not be exchanged or refunded.
b. Store credit available in lieu of exchange
3. Sale items
Only regularly priced items may be refunded or exchanged, sale items, undergarments, swimwear, special order and custom orders are final sale and can not be refunded or exchanged.
